We are running a Treble Bob course on the simulator at All Saints Upper Sheringham on Saturday 18th January from 10:00 to noon.
This simulator is on the tower bells, so you will be ringing real bells with the clappers tied and the sound computer generated. Cost will be £5 per student with 50% going to the Church Funds, and 50% going to the Bell Fund. There are a limited number of places, first come, first served, so don’t delay, get in touch! Minimum requirements for this course are being able to hunt the treble to a method and knowing how to dodge.
A few bits of housekeeping – we have a loo available in the Church. Regarding parking, you can park in the Village Hall car park just opposite the Church, but please can you pay £1 per car for this (there will be a pot in the tower to collect this money).
To book, or to find out further information, please contact the course organiser and Tower Captain, Sue Morton via this email or on 07957 229866 (email preferred). Course fees to be paid in cash on the day.
We will also need helpers for this course – please let me know if you are willing and able to help. You need to be able to ring a plain course of Cambridge Minor and Treble Bob Hunt.
